Fresh Cut flowers:

A local delivery fee of $10 will be added to each order, for each local address.  Delivery fees for outside our local area will vary. Rural Areas will have a higher delivery fee which can be confirmed at time of ordering.  Sometimes our computer mis-calculates a rural delivery fee.  If this happens, we will call you.  

Orders should be placed before noon for recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day at the latest.

It is our store policy to call recipients before delivery to confirm their address and that someone will be  home to receive the flowers.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day. Delivery of orders to rural  addresses  will be at a higher delivery fee. We will be happy to quote you a price.We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Bulk Yard:
In town delivery fee (within 5km of our store) for bulk material is $65, and an additional $2.50/km outside of the 5km.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain  colours and flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
